Execution of quality vocational training and candidate mentorship.

In skill development programs, a training partner refers to an organization or entity that collaborates with the program implementer (such as a government body, industry association, or training provider) to deliver training, impart skills, and facilitate the development of individuals or a workforce. These partners play a crucial role in executing various aspects of skill development initiatives. Here's a breakdown of their role and functions:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Delivery of Training Programs

Delivering structured theoretical and practical domain sessions aligned with Council-registered syllabus frameworks.

2. Infrastructure and Facilities

Maintaining adequate classroom space, computing equipment, practical workshops, and safety gear required for domain trades.

3. Trainer Recruitment and Development

Appointing qualified domain instructors and ensuring their periodic orientation with modern industry practices.

4. Participant Recruitment and Support

Enrolling students, registering candidates under the active registry database, and guiding them through assessment cycles.

5. Quality Assurance and Evaluation

Adhering strictly to standard evaluation protocols, batch attendance maintenance, and facilitating objective candidate diagnostics.

6. Industry Engagement and Placement Assistance

Fostering local industry partnerships, organizing apprenticeship drives, and assisting certified candidates in securing relevant job roles.

7. Reporting and Documentation

Maintaining systematic enrollment ledgers, candidate assessment scorecards, and submitting periodic compliance records to the Council database.
